Four Steps to Salvation
I John 5:13, "These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life."
That's what God's Word says. And God CANNOT lie!
How can you be 100% absolutely sure that when you die, you'll go to heaven?
John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
Oh, by the way, if you could lose your salvation, it wouldn't be eternal, now would it? So don't give in to the notion that once saved, you could lose it.

- Romans 3:23, "For ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God."
YOU are a sinner! Sinners DO NOT go to heaven. The penalty of sin is death.
Romans 6:23a, "For the wages of sin is death..."
Not just a physical death, but a spiritual death. A spiritual existance without God and spending eternity in an eternal lake of fire.
Revelation 20:14, And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death." - There is absolutely nothing we can do that is good enough to merit going to heaven when we die.
Titus 3:5, "Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
Ephesians 2:8-9, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." - However, Jesus Christ paid the price FOR us.
Romans 5:8, "But God commendeth his love for us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
Jesus Christ not only died for us, he also rose from the dead!
1 Corinthians 15:3-4, "For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:" - By repenting of your sins and accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you can know you'll be in heaven for eternity!
Luke 13:5, "I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish."
Romans 6:23b, "... but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Romans 10:9-10, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
Romans 10:13, "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
Acts 4:12, "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved."
